ERC Hosts Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School Interns

This summer, ERC hosted its first interns! Two students from Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School participated in the inaugural internship program at the Entertainment Research Center under UNLV Howard Hughes College of Engineering. Throughout their time at ERC, they worked with current lab members on their projects and became active members within the lab and the university. We wish them the best of luck during their senior year and their future endeavors!

Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson currently attends Faith Lutheran High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. Andrew will be entering his senior year Fall 2015. He is interested in studying Mechanical Engineering & Computer Engineering. Andrew is also interested in robotics at his high school and is actively participating in the VEX competition. Andrew qualified for the World Robotics Championship this past year and competed in Louisville, Kentucky. Outside of robotics Andrew competes on his school’s golf team.


Trenton Mulick 

Trenton Mulick is an intern with ERC and attends Faith Lutheran High School as a senior ’16. He is interested in both technical theatre and engineering and is involved in the Faith Lutheran STEM academy as well as the Faith Conservatory of the Fine Arts. Trenton has also been involved in community theatre outside of school. He plans to pursue stage managing and technical theatre in college. Other hobbies include computers, programming, and community service.
