A Usability Study on How Different Movies Affect User’s Emotional Status

This project was a joint research with KRISS. The was a lab-based usability study with a total of 120 subjects for measuring how different movies affect the user experience. Five movies (Hangover, Iron Man, Blind Side, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, and the last one – not yet decided ) were used and the user watched them in a hall, where audio/video equipment was installed for movie playback. The user experience was measured using a physiological device (Biopac MP 150).
